"Fit ended up being right"
I used the size guide and the skates ended up fitting well. I’ll admit I was second-guessing myself a bit while picking the size, because it still felt like kind of a guess, but it worked out fine in the end.

"A Bit of a Saga, But They Fixed It"
Had an issue with my order and, because apparently life was getting too easy, it took a bit longer than expected to sort out. I did have to chase them, which wasn’t exactly the highlight of my week, but customer service eventually got back to me and fixed the problem. Not the smoothest experience ever, but they did make it right in the end, so fair enough. I’d probably use them again — just hoping next time comes with slightly less drama

"Refund came through, just took a while"
I had to return an order and the refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than I was expecting. Support did reply and everything, not instantly, but... yeah. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of annoying waiting around and not really knowing when it would be sorted.

I had to exchange some skates from Puckstop.com because I picked the wrong size. I sent them back and the new pair come through fine. The only thing is the email updates was a bit slow, so for a few days I wasn’t really sure what was happening. But it all got sorted in the end and the staff were helpful enough.

"Good prices, but shipping took a bit"
The prices were good, which is what got me to order in the first place. I wasn’t in a huge rush, thankfully, because the delivery did take longer than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, just one of those things where you’re checking the tracking like, okay… still there? Overall, I’d probably order again if I found another good deal.

I ordered from puckstop.com after spotting a discount code, i was half expecting it not to work, but it went through fine at checkout. The price ended up being better than a few other hockey shops I’d looked at, which was a nice bonus.
Delivery was decent, and I liked that they had deals on the stuff I was already planning to buy. It wasn’t some super fancy shopping experience or anything, but it saved me money and I’d be happy to use them again.

"Solid advice and an easy order"
I ordered some hockey gear from Puckstop.com and had a couple of questions before I bought anything. I’m usually wary of customer service teams because half the time it feels like they’re just reading from a script, but these guys actually seemed to know what they were talking about. "Fast delivery, tracking could be better"
Ordered from puckstop.com and it showed up quickly. Actually a day earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Box was in good shape. Everything was included. Only knocking off a star because the tracking barely updated at first, so I wasn’t really sure when it was coming. But overall, happy with the order.

I was trying to find a few hockey bits that seemed to be sold out pretty much everywhere, and Puckstop.com actually had them in stock, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was simple enough and there wasn’t any hassle, so that was good. i was happy with it overall, even if it wasn’t exactly the most exciting shopping experience in the world.

"Solid skate sharpening, no complaints"
Stopped in to get my skates sharpened before a game, and they felt great once I got on the ice. The edges were clean, nothing weird or uneven, and I didn’t have to mess around with them at all. I even noticed it on my first few turns, which almost never happens for me. They held up better than the last place I tried too, so I’ll probably just come back here next time. Also, random side note, I had a coffee in the car that somehow stayed warm the whole time, so the whole errand felt like a win...

I ordered a few hockey bits from puckstop.com and everything arrived exactly as I’d chosen online. The sizes, colours, and little extras were all spot on, so I didn’t have to deal with any returns or follow-up emails, which was a relief. The packaging was fine too. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped, but it wasn’t a major issue and the accuracy of the order was great
